​I have always had a passion for helping people, even at a very young age.  The natural course of my life has guided me towards the counseling profession and healing arts.  I believe there is a mystical quality in the work I do with others and I trust my intuition to guide the therapeutic process.  Working with images, dreams, and symbolism has proven to be such a powerful tool in healing emotional wounds. I have found this to be true in working with others and for myself.
 
I graduated from Regis University in 2017 with a Master’s in Counseling and a post certificate in Depth Psychology.  I am a Nationally Certified Counselor with the National Board of Certified Counselors. I enjoy building my therapeutic skills through trainings in Expressive Art techniques, Dream Work, Hypnotherapy, and Sandtray Therapy.  In my free time, you will find me immersed in nature and the beautiful Colorado Mountains.
